EUPHORIA

Good prices and service despoite they charged us for 4 hours when we are late for one and we gave notice that we will be once we tool the car to leave note since i know i was returning from 300 km away from Istanbul

I booked a car online with Discovery Car Rental, and Garenta car rental handled the deal in Istanbul in January 2021. Contrary to what was agreed, I ended up paying almost double. The return date was Sunday 5PM as agreed on the voucher, but when I arrived on time, they were already closed at 2PM. I had to keep the car for additional day and extra fee. What if my flight was on the same day?? When I returned home after a month's of trip and sent a complaint email to both of them, they just sent me the receipt and insisted that is the amount and there is nothing they can do. Not recommended! Don't lose your money renting with them!!!

Very easy, simple and professional service they provide, of course like many other Turkish companies has problem with their English website but if you go to the office, you will find well trained staff who speaks English well enough. They have a smooth procedure and I was very happy with them.

The worst rental car I have ever seen , they gave me car with damage and when I return they said new damage occurred by me , and I have no idea about it. And then called them many times no body answer, and they cut my deposit and no body replying my emails. The worst ever, I will never try to make and reservation with them and will not recomend for any.

I would like to thank you all for your efforts during my vacation in Istanbul for renting the car, the experience was easy with the assistance of your staff, starting from the gentleman that he called me abroad, and the staff at the office front desk, also the staff at the receiving and collecting point in Taksim branch. Very bad company!! Bad service!! I dont recommend this company for rental any car. I have a lot of problems with my 3 reservations with this company. They can not continue reservation via Phone, you need to go airport to make new reservation! FAIL!!

The recipient was provisional and take less time I get another car not as my exact reservation but it is similar I hope every thing go well until I deliver and get my 1000 tl deposit
