Interesting antique place if we could get more tags and information along the circuit. The overall condition is good and it is easy to figure out what was the may down in the past. I Drank some water from the sacred fountain... wait and see

The Asclepieion was incredible. After being a little disappointed with Troy in the morning, my tour stopped here in the afternoon. This site had some awesome features. Seeing structures that have existed for so long and being able to imagine how they were used was great. It also helped that there was practically no one else there. There was no rush to walk down the ancient hallway where people walked through ice cold water as a therapy. Nor any rush to check out the theater or remnants of steam rooms. It was much larger than I expected. I really enjoyed this site.

The first hospital and treatment center in the history. Wonderful place to see and learn about history. The water that cures people is still running from a little fountain-tap.Museumpasses and museum card is valid. Entrance fee is 35 tl for a person for 2019.

Pergamon was very cool to see, there are many signs throughout explaining different things and their historical significance. Recomend you do some reading before you go so you have an initial background.

This is a wonderful place to visit and get a taste of ancient medical practice where water therapy, mindfulness and suggestions were the main method of therapy. You can find remnants of temples, health tunnels, fountains and spa where people used to got their health and finally have the opportunity to watch a play in theater.
