Great hotel with great staff. They are helpful and kind. The rooms are more than enough. Sparkling clean and large. Currently I am staying at land view room but the view is real good. There are two things that bothers me 1st the rooms are dark, light is not enough. 2nd there was a cracked tile in the bathroom instead of replacing it they have just glued it together, which can be seen in my photos.

Great view from hotel room, we can see beautiful izmir beach, and great city view. The hotel location is near shopping center. The food is delicious...

Location is great as based in a shopping centre and close to others. Other than that everything very basic and standard, fine for maybe couple of days but not too long. Staff are very polite and helpful.

I stayed for 2 nights at 17th floor sea view. The sea is a bit far. During Covid-19 period unfortunately every thing is limited. Breakfast is simple. Shopping malls nearby. Very good restaurant near the hotel entrance.

Worst service ever, worst actions against covid-19, people were allowed to walk around with no masks, the night receptionist gave us the worst he could serve, he was not welcoming at all, did not smile for once!! Gave us the worst room he could give, no view at all, a small window to a wall despite we asked for a sea view room, super small room, he did not mention that he did not include the breakfast, and there was a spider on the table in the reception area, and the phone inside the room did not work , we could not even ask for a room service omg
