The company is reliable.pick up on time. Balloon pilot was a lady and she was highly professional and knew her job too well. she made our day. Her piloting skillz were ımpressıve. Especially the way she took ids down between narrow ridges and made her way through the chimneys and back up... it was wonderful... they charged me 75euro . And it was worth it...wonderful experıence with turca

This company is so good and professional. They pick you up exactly on time, payment was easy, and the captain was incredible. He got us so close to the rock formations which no other balloon did. Highly recommend.

On a TripADeal tour we had to go with their recommended company. We weren’t disappointed they were terrific. All balloon flights are sunrise only. Picked up at hotel and taken to launch site. We were given a juice and bread roll before take off. 28 passengers 2 staff - corners 3 people and the 2 centre baskets each side with 4. You have to climb into the basket and the side are quite high so could be a problem for some. They place a seat belt around your waste but you can still turn around to see views from different angle even though a little tight. Also given safety instructions in case of emergency. Flight was at least an hour, rising high above the fairy chimneys and down low into the valley floors almost touching the ground and walls of the mountains. Many other balloons in the air it looked Absolutely magnificent. The pilot lands the balloon on the back of a trailer, skilful. Once landed they finished off with champagne and you are given a flight certificate. You can purchase a video of your flight, not sure if cost didn’t purchase. Such a terrific experience with the best view I have ever seen from a balloon. If it’s the only balloon flight you do it should be this one.

Don't go from Cappadocia without this tour!!!Amazing experience ,really nice staff,super organised, from picking you up at the early morning till bringing you back to your hotel.They are so cool ,that when we called them because of some problems with the USB stick that they gave us after the tour,they brought us a new one the next morning to our hotel!

Absolute scam. I paid a very high ticket price to insure going up the air as soon as possible. I was told they'd pick me up at 5:40 in the morning. THEY SHOWED UP MORE THAN AN HOUR LATE without giving any explanation, and when we arrived there the balloons were not even unloaded. We were the last balloon that went up in the air, missing the sunrise the was already over 20 min before takeoff. For the price of admission, this is the worst possible company tou can book. ITS A SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Exceptional flight !!!! The pilot is very experienced, and the balloon as well as the basket are in excellent condition. We had go through the valley and had a very safe landing. Kudos to the pilot who take his time to get us a safe and sound landing spot !!! Highly recommended and will definitely come back in the future.
