The place is totally a scam. look at the photos: The building was rented only 2 years ago. If your read the 5 star reviews you can see the wording is mostly the same. That is because they are written by employees of 'health & beauty'. As you can see in the photos Miran Sultan( a below reviewer ) with the clinic owner. What they do is lead you to believe you will have work done by them, prepay (usually half) and then they run. :::::Caution to anyone/everyone visiting Istanbul::::: Dont be fooled by the aesthetics of the place, that's the only good thing about the place. They pride themselves on scamming customers. Beware and dont prepay anything, since they never plan to service you in the first place

I got a nose surgery at this place and everything was perfect. The doctor Rachet was really good at his job, and gave me a perfect nose. My nose was ruined from a nose surgery I did earlier, and it was difficult to fix it, but the doctor did it really well. The service was great, and Samar was very helpful, and help us all the way from the start to the end of the process. Abdulhaseb was very good at translating and explaining everything.

The center is not only medically professional and technically advanced, but also the administration staff and service is more than perfect. Great communication with both the patient and the medical team. Dr, Aisha was there through the whole process and performed the surgery her self and was very caring and professional, I personally love her. I came back for the second time in this center for a hair transplant. The staff is very friendly and the clinic is clean. The result of the first time has been very good and for this reason I wanted to return here to complete the areas that could not be done the first time. The logistics organization is very good. The translator support is good. Reda, the translator, has been with me during all the time of process, now he writes me to follow the progress and he can revolve me any doubt. The price of the treatment is correct. I recommend this center for anyone who wants to do a transplant. Do not hesitate to ask me personally.

Caution the Dr's are very good, but bad information, stress, can't speak English and even you will not be happy, be aware there . From Scandinavian From today again 2018-10-03 I want to tell you again one thing that happened to me. They give me an antibiotic capsules 4weekes i get sick on my stomach like hard and diary, until i meet a doctor, now I'm fine so be aware the antibiotics you get from there. The next pictures about the shampoo, vitamin and spry it cost 57 dollars in Istanbul, but this shid company they took me 150 USD, so they are stupid lier. For me i have Scandinavian mentality, when i buy something from shops i don't ask how much and something like that, because the price as already shown. That is why they loosed me 93 Again be aware there.

The whole staff is very welcoming and helpful and with the translator Ms. Feriyal she makes procedures far easier. The hotel was so nice which makes my staying very comfortable. I would recommend everyone who is still hesitating which hospital to chose, Health & Beauty Istanbul is the best
