As a big company at least they should have one English speaker. Customer service was not helpful.

they issue a bill for me at end of February (160 TL), they remove it from the system during coronavirus period without any notifications or reminder, after 6 months of that forgettable invoice, they force me by lawyer office to pay 630 TL.

Conversation of the year: Me : your employee tricked me into changing my contract, I just needed transfer Them : we can't do anything about it, you have to pay for your new 12mb/s internet Me : I don't want to change my contract I just needed to transfers Them : there is nothing we can do, you can write a complaint to main office Me: but you are the main office Them : yeah but we're not like the main 'main' office Me : ok now you say there is nothing I can do I get it, but you say my new contract is 12mb/s, I'm having 5mb/s only Them : well yeah because it is 'up to 12mb/s' so 5 is ok and pretty normal Me : are you kidding me ? I used to have 8mb/s and it was faster than your fake scam 'up to 12' Them : Hadi iyi günler İ hope my review saves at least one foreigner in the future ! DON'T GO TO TURK TELEKOM, they SCAMMERS, they really are, and I am not overreacting.
