Wow. It’s like a luxury hotel with concierge service. They met me at the reception and provided a personal translator. No lines. No worries. This is how the hospitals should be run around the world!

When we were waiting for the payment procedures, they told us to wait ,one of the workers came into our sitting area and told us that the doctor's fee is 5,000 lira !!!!! I told him what five thousand I thought he might made a mistake but he repeated the same number again ,he said yes, five thousand we were shocked. I know that doctor's fee is only 500 lira . we wanted to leave despite my sister's severe illness. I went to another office to make sure , I was right it was only 500 lira . I do not understand how a sophisticated hospital like this hire men and women like that , but like other good hospitals in Istanbul, the administrative staff is chosen according to the look only. The medical staff is god but unfortunately the administrative staff is horrible, this is a serious fraud attempt .

nice hospital, staff, place, and health services i'd went there twice for my fathers leukaemia tests and they received us in airport, take to in hotel then their cars takes us from hotel to hospital. the most important thing that they have translators for every languages. My father is very comfortable with them. then i want to give them all my thanks and appreciation.... love them alot....

It is the best hospital I have seen in Istanbul, Doctors and nurses are qualified indeed, they are cooperative and compassionate. My husband MHD Firas Karawi spent 3 days there in good hands until he recovered from a very critical stage of his illness. Thank you Acibadem Bakirkoy
