Terrible experience! If it is important for you to create relationship with people and companies based on trust, than this company “Bacchus Pension” is not for you. The cars from this company are advertised outside of the hotel in a beautiful area of Kaleiçi old town. I stayed near to this place and got interested for the car when I saw them outside with the label “for rent”. I approached the office and asked the owner about the car, saying that I need the car for tomorrow morning. And now listen carefully! The owner offered me to take the car from now- “take it now”, instead of taking it next day in the morning. I said to him that I don’t need the car now (in the evening) and I will take it tomorrow morning because I wanted to travel to some places outside of Antalya. The owner still persisted to take the car now (Thursday evening) and allowed me to return it on Sunday morning. And when I asked him (twice) if he is going to charge me two days for this, he said yes. On Saturday evening I went to this office to ask at what time shall I bring the car in the morning, and when another colleage saw me he said that I am going to be overcharged for keeping the car longer. I tried to explain him that this is what we have agreed and his “boss” expects the car in the morning on Sunday. Finally, I couldn’t find understanding even when I tried to speak with the owner on the phone. I had the feeling that I speak to a DIFFERENT PERSON now, as this man totatally forgot what we had spoken about. So he demanded to overpay him 15 dollars, which I refused to do. Several days later when I already returned home from holiday I checked my balance and found out that this company “Bacchus Pension” took extra 30 euros from my account. I called back to this place and asked why they charged this amount and requested receipt, but I didn’t get any answer from them. One single arrogant and nasty person destroyed my whole tourism experience in Antalya. Would never recommend this company!!!
