I don't know why there are many negative comments about this shop but my experience was totally good with them. I received good enough service as it should be. I called Cüneyt Bey couple of days ago and reserved the bicycle I wanted and agreed on a certain day and time to buy. When I arrived, they prepared the bicycle and made all final adjustments quickly and I left the shop with my bike. It is not that hard to estimate that, not everyone is at our service at all times. They may be busy and have a lot of work to do. So, before your arrival, if you don't want to wait and want to receive service adequately, to make sure, call the shop, get an appointment then be there on time and you won't be upset! Easy. We were for cyclists on our way out of Istanbul when one of my friends bikes gears failed. My friend had a gear cable replaced and checked by the bike mechanic in the shop. While we waited for that to be do be we were invited to wait in the cool air-conditioned shop and given cold drinks. In addition, while we were waiting for my friends bike to be done one of the guys went out and looked over our bikes unknownst to us and he oiled them up. GREAT SERVICE, REALLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL GUYS. Thanks so much!
