Only five stars are much too few for this wonderful team of veterinarians and their assistants. After having had a horrifying experience at another clinic, I was extremely cautious when searching for a new place to take my very sick kitten. Mia suffers from Corona and about three months ago she was just skin and bones and she was not able to take more than three to four steps without falling over. As Mia and I arrived work was in full swing at Metropol Veteriner Klinigi. Quite a number of patients were being taken care of, so both in order to wait for my turn and also out of fear of getting into another \dragon's nest\ I hesitated to go inside. Dr Burak saw this and although being very busy he took the time to go outside to ask how he could help us. Explaining Mia's condition in Turkish turned out to be too difficult for me, and immediately another very kind doctor came outside and assisted us in perfect English. The following assessment of Mia's condition was done very professional, and although everyone kindly was cautious of not giving me too high hopes, thanks to their expert knowledge Mia is now able to climb high garden ladders and race with her siblings round the flat. Then, last month Mia's two sisters started attracting very persistent suitors from our neighbourhood, so Dr Özcan suggested that I should have them neutered. Dr Özcan patiently explained all the details of the whole surgery and the following convalescence in perfect English. Dr Özcan and his team performed a fantastic surgery and took very well care of the cats afterwards so the cats did not suffer any stress, and their scars have healed beautifully. No amount of stars can express my gratitude towards this highly professional and empathetic team of veterinarians. Thank you very very much.

Çok güveniyoruz inanılmaz insanlar ilgi alaka Necip Bey ve ekibine çok teşekkür ederiz gecenin köründe 6buçukta arayamadık telefon hatlarımızda sorun vardı wifi kullanabiliyorduk Whatsapptan bile dönüş yaptılar 4 Veterinerden tek dönüş yapan ilgilenen işini severek yaptıkları belli gerçekten mükemmeller en azından ellerinden geleni yaptıklarına eminim evimize biraz uzak diye yakında birilerine gidiyorduk pişman olduk kedimizde bebeğide çok sağlıklı kısırlaştırmaya getiricez inş. Hayırlı günler. Güler yüzünüz için minnettarız.

Kedimin iştahsız ve keyifsiz olduğunu farkettiğim için götürmüştüm yapılan tetkikler ve ultrason sonucu rahim enfeksiyonu teşhisi konuldu bir gece küvezde kaldıktan sonra ertesi gün operasyona alındı . Operasyon öncesinde ve sonrasında da her soruma tatmin edici ve içimi rahatlatan cevaplar aldım tüm ekibe teşekkür ederim ellerinize sağlık

Pekinez cinsi kızımız Lena'yı tavsiye üzerine Metropol Veteriner Kliniği'nde kısırlaştırmaya karar verdik. Kapıdan girene kadar gerek operasyon gerekse buraya ilk kez gidişimiz nedeniyle çok stresliydik. Herkes inanılmaz güler yüzlü, hayvansever ve sabırlı. Süreç boyunca hem Lena'ya hem de bizlere çok sıcak davrandılar. Ticari kaygı gütmeyen gerçek bir hayvansever veteriner kliniğine denk geldiğimiz için çok şanslıyız.
