They're very helpful and professional! They have been friendly even when I've been clumsy and not doing things fast enough and properly. I advise everyone to look throughly in their website for the required documents, and if you ever been confused about what you see there, just give them a call. (Website has English version, and they have English speaking staff) Pick an appointment, be there 30 mins earlier and make sure all of your documents and ”forms” are printed and filled properly. Respect the people there and respect the procedures, you'll have a pleasant, pain-free experience.
