Good hotel. Not the normal yellow sandy beach beach was stoney even the sand had tiny to big stones. Transfer was terrible the driver emptied my luggage onto the road and drove off (booked through Thomas Cook). Booked a double room ended up with 2 single beds that we had to push together. you will also have to pay to use the in room safe. For a upmarket hotel they could change the TV, it still had the old style TV no flat screen and only about 9 channels. Overall fairly good but would not stay again

At the most a 3 star hotel simply because the rooms and room service isn't great. Food was good. Pools are good. Beach is nice. Great all inclusive family holiday. Great scenic views.

Beautiful hotel..the gardens are lovely..the staff were amazing and very helpful...the garden bar and it's staff will bend over backwards to make sure you are well looked after....ask for erol..As for the rooms...they are spotless clean, and beds are changed daily,all in all its a really nice place to stay.my girlfriend and I will definitely be back soon

It was great holiday i have been traveling a over the world but never experienced so much caring for the costumers staff are the best in sultan beldibi ok rooms needs improvement as old and dated but eho cares when u only sleep there max 4 hours already looking to book next year holidays there
