What a ride, Awesome views and something you NEED to do. Wonderful company, took care of us safely. Our fist Hot Air Balloon ride and we were not disappointed in any way. it's worth the money and getting up early am. Just DO IT. :-)

The company arrived an hour late to fetch us from our hotel. We supposed to have a 5:10 pick up. We only launched at 6:05 pm. There was no apology from the company. The experience however is amazing
These guys are a lot of fun. Our pilot had a face and stature of a 11 yo boy, which at first was slightly concerning... however at lift off i was assured he was a master in the air, and he has to be a fairly seasoned veteran too. A fantastic flight ensued with lots of jokes and laughter, bearing in mind English wasn't his first language. We had a fabulous time.

I just came back from this horrible experience. They picked me up at 4:45 am, they took us to a hotel where they gave us coffee with milk, I asked for black coffee but, that was not an option. They did not have water either, just coffee from a machine with milk. They took us to the balloons at 6:15am, they left some people there, but not us, they took us to another location where the balloons where not even there yet. We told them that we booked the sunrise trip and they said 20 minutes. 1 hour later, the balloons were not ready, it was super bright and we could see the sun up in the sky. We tried to asked what was going on, bus they said no English. We left at 7:30 in a mandarin tour, we booked English sunrise tour, we completed and the driver called his company we spoked with mahmut uluer who said that he did not care, the flight is good and if we want to cancel and not go with the Chinese tour he will not give us a refund. We tried to explain that we booked something different but, he said this tour is all that he has. We took the tour, all in Chinese, it was supposed to be 1 hour but, it was only 40 minutes. We complaint when we arrived but mahmut said that in his opinion that was a good flight and it did not matter that it was only 40minutes instead of 1 hour and in Chinese. Do Not Book With This Company, they are a Scam.
