The only star is for the doctor, the stuff is unfriendly, does not speak English. My translator did not know how to translate several things. You shop/buy medical services there, it is not a hospital per se. There are way better hospitals in Istanbul than this one. Do not recommend it.

I called and got to see a doctor the next day early in the morning. The staff are really nice, they speak English and Turkish very well. The service was incredible. It is expensive, however, it’s justified by the professional work. The pharmacy is right across the hospital so it’s easy to get prescriptions. Would suggest for locals and for foreigners who don’t speak Turkish.

I don't get the point of its fame. They do everything slower, people are not that friendly etc. don't like it.

Vize/calisma izni vs belgeleriniz icin aman diyim gitmeyin! Basit bir doktor raporunu bile bir haftada veremediler. Olmaz boyle birsey. Bu kadar kotu bir surec olamazdi. Don’t go for any visa/work permit etc tests. Spent over 300 for simple blood tests and asked for doctor report to use for consulate before the tests. Before the tests they said they will give, however afterwards no reports have been provided. 4 days passed no viable solution provided, they even did not arrange an appointment for any other doctor to sign the paperwork. Very bad experience.
