WARNING: DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL - BED BUGS. 2 of our guests who shared 1 room got so badly bitten by bed bugs that 10 days later they are still suffering. When we informed the staff about the issue, they did nothing to rectify the issue, other than suggest they will cover the medical bills if any arise. 1 guest was forced to go to the hospital the day after we left Istanbul as her bites were infected she suffered from inflammation that was too painful to handle. Upon our return to Istanbul 2 days later, the manager was no where to be found when we visited the hotel to reimburse us for the medical bill. When contacted this week over phone, he claimed he does not work for the hotel anymore! Our check in was awful. We arrived at 2:30 pm, and none of the rooms were ready, despite check in time being 2 pm and the hotel being fully aware of our arrival time. The rooms were not ready until 4 pm, while the last room was only made ready at 6 pm!! Ps photos do not reflect the reality. Apparently the hotel was recently acquired by new owners, and they look like they are cutting costs everywhere. The lobby is poor, appliances do not work (2 out of the 3 kettles we had did not work), shower and sink drains blocked, and no house keeping during our 3 night stay. This hotel does not deserve the overall score of 8.5. Please be careful and think twice about staying there.

Gayet nezih, samimi ve ilgili personele sahip suit daireleri olan mekan. 3 gece kaldık ve kendi evimiz gibi benimsedik. Lokasyon olarak Galataya çok çok yakın. Çok memnun kaldık herkese tavsiye ederiz. :)

плохо, только заселились, полотенце и постельное белье грязное, возможно плохо постирано, полы в номере тоже плохо помыли, район где находится сам отель тоже не отличается чистотой, из достоинств это то что башня рядом, магазины тоже рядом,.
