Not recommending to anyone this hotel! We made reservation in price including breakfast, receptionist asked where will we take breakfast in the room or lobby. We ordered in room. Next morning we were waiting for breakfast, but they didn't bring to us. We called reception and ask for it they answered they don't serve breakfast at all!! Rooms are big, but not clean at all (hair for previous guests and black fugue on the bath, dirty carpet, bed sheets dirty and burned, curtains so dirty and bed smelling, and so on...) Receptionists are not helpfull, unpolite and trying on every single thing to lie and cheat on you. We survive one night but for sure we will never come back and not recommending to anyone!!
Lies and misleanding publicity. It's a shame ! In the Al Hayat hotel description, it is mentioned on Booking : "For bookings of 7 nights or more, Al Hayat Suites offers a complimentary transfer service from Ataturk Airport, please contact the property for more information, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation." And : "Journey from Istanbul Ataturk Airport - Airport Shuttle (public) - 45 minutes The airport shuttle leaves every 30 minutes. The drive to Al Hayat Suites takes 45 minutes. (The trip may be longer during rush hours) " We did not get any shuttle to pick us up from the airport, we had to pay 30 euros and the hotel manager told us that this service was not insured. So the descritpion on Booking is false ! On the pictures of our reservation, there was a terrace. Arrived on site, we are told that there is no terrace in the hotel so again, false pictures. We booked through thbooking site and asked for a refund for these many lies, and we were assured of a refund. The next day, we are told that the money has already been debited and no refund possible. Another lie. It was also mentioned that there was an electric kettle and a phone in our room as well as a stroller available. We did not have them. In addition, the safe does not work, one air conditioning that does not work and another is leaking, one of the TV does not work, the shower hose is broken and the hob is of another age. No restaurant within the hotel. We are not satisfied and will not resume on booking anymore. Ashamed that other guests are falling on this hotel full of unpleasant surprises for their first visit in Turkey.
Large and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, perfect location. Love it,hope to come back soon
location was very good and close to everywhere by walking even to taqsim square “ 1k away walking “ .. Staff was amazing and frendly but the room was small and without balacony “ they write it down when i booked my room “ but isnt big problem it was amazing vacation in this location
