We stay in Rubi Platinum, the hotel is very good, but the Anex guides are awful. They do their best to sell you the trips/excursions, no matter how many lies they say. The guide Elvira sold us 2 tours; one to Alanya with the guide Sîdîk was excellent, but to Pomukkale was a disaster. First of all, the price is not a fixed one, everyone in the bus payed a different price. Being asked several times about the things to have with us, they mentioned to have money for \our personal need\, but actually we needed to pay extra 15 for every person to enter the Cleopatra Pool. She drew our attention not to buy the tours from outside because they will not tell us the real price and will ask for extra in the process, exactly what they have doneto us. The meals were worse than for dogs and extremely poor portions. The guide Emrat Kisa was very rude, mentioning several times how he hates children and the fact that parents with children should have stayed in the back of the bus, and if they have car sickness he could give them some pills. He never let the travellers to talk to each other, because he is the BOSS and everybody should have respect and listen to him. Emrat was disrespectful to women and making inappropriate jokes with men. He took us to textile and wine shopping shortenning our time at Pomukkale. He was saying that comming to Turkey we should buy their goods because this is the way we get to know their culture. The prices of the textile and wine is needless to say that are exagerated and you are constantly followed by a seller (sales adviser) to manipulate with you - this is very rude and you are always feelling that you are like a cow to be milked and milked, give them every money you have. Asking for tips is like begging, you ask for something but get a different thing.

Guys, it's really strange that transfer guide does not know Turkish language. Today there was situation during our transfer to the airport. Three guys forgot their passport in hotel. And transfer-guide even could not explain the driver what to do. I know Turkish so i helped. I think it is not professional from your side.

Not such a good company at all. We paid for our vacation but Anex tour from start till end asking for tips. Tips everywhere and looks very ugly way as begger. Specially Antalya Armas Bella Sun hotel is the most worst hotel.

While the young staffers who are the front-line for this company were quite outstanding, they should re-name themselves the Anex Smoking Tours. Never in my life can I recall being surrounded and inundated with such a constant fog of toxic fumes by smokers, and vapers, all Russians I think, who were rude, inconsiderate, and oblivious to the fact that they have zero right to expose anyone else to their habit. We will never use this company again, and I would warn anyone with small children, or people with smoke sensitivities, to avoid them like the plague. It is was all quite outrageous, and ruined much of our experience. (My wife is an MD, and has asthma ... she was not impressed).
