Soo... I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The special sauces are delicious and the burger bun is really soft but the meat ruins everything. The way they cook it... It’s so greasy but at the same it’s so dry that you can’t swallow it. I like the meat to be cooked in such a way that it caramelizes on the outside and is juicy on the inside. Akali’s meat is in no way near what I like... In addition to its meat, the bread/bun is so soft that it almost has no taste at all, neither does it support the meat physically nor dilute meat’s intense flavor/texture. It has no use in the composition. The fries are OK, nothing special. I was so excited to try their burgers, I can’t say that they were bad since it would be unfair but in general I’m really disappointed :(

I had 400 gr burger with Jalapeno Mash, Mantar Padano and Karamelize Sogan. It was so juicy. Home made lemonade was a bit too sweet. I like this place.
The burger game here is spot on. The meat is super flavorful and the buns are really soft. Really tasty stuff. Sit at the bar or outside and order by the gram or number of patties you want. I did the former, allowing me to watch the process of these beauties coming together. The staff was also attentive and kind. Definitely already wanting another.

Simply the best burger I've eaten in a long time. They have a variety of options to choose from. Smiling, talkative employees make you feel comfortable. The place itself is clean and cozy. Check Akali out if you ever go to Besiktas.
Way too much overrated. The juice from the meat is all over the bread and as soon as the plate was on the table, it was already soggy. They usually put 1 cheddar per meat. Meats are 80 gr each. Although I've had 1 cheddar for a 160 gr burger, all I could taste was cheddar. Wasted opportunity, missed the spot for me :(
1 burger 160 gram, french fries and a drink is 60 TL. Price/performance ratio is high. It is expensive when compared to its quality.
Little, cosy place to get a burger. Menu is limited but food is good. Staff are very friendly.
