I had such a great time here. The pools are amazing. My partner also enjoyed it. Sauna. Turkish hamman. 3 heated pools. One large indoor pool with two large slides. 2 childrens pools. One outside and one inside. The service was excellent. The food was great. I cannot complain for anything because of the price im paying. The rooms were large at 26m2. Our room was very clean. There was an english speaking staff here. We had no issues with staff They were great and very heplful. Especially a young lady in the kitchen who was very punctual and eager to help in any way she can. For the price and amenities . Service and great food .5 stars all the way.. if you want to complain about this place you cant get 7 stars from a 5 star hotel. They have done everything they can to make our stay enjoyable and from the many people that we spoke to in our 5 day 5 night stay they were all happy with the service and value for money they were getting. everything to us was better than we imagined. If you want a better place for this price. Keep searching .

I travel a lot and know hotels very well The hotel is not five star hotel. The air conditions mostly not working we change 3 rooms. The lobby is dark instant to be bright The lobby is hot and air conditions don’t working Room service is very bad they don’t clean well and in the 2 days we was there no soup that we can wash the hands. The rooms need renovation. We order for ice in the rooms and they send it in the plastic bag I which hotel they send the ice in bags??

Good food, a bit cheaper than many of the other thamal pool hotels in the area, and a great place for families. Lots of pools, slides, and other spa treatments available. There's also a kids play room.

4 stars for thermal spas. Hotel ordinary & food not appetizing. Staff do not speak or understand English. Difficult for non Turkish speaker

Not a good hotel at all in my opinion. I would give 0 stars if I could. I suggest staying in another hotel in the area.

A great luxury,many swimming pools,sauna,Turkish hammam, salt room, and a wonderful Jacuzzi.The staff is so friendly and helpful,keep up the good work!
