I bought a 41 here. They don't have a Storage place for the 4 nd 51 apartments which is odd. The staff and maintenance response is poor. The bills for the central heating in winter is very expensive. And you have to pay the facilities even if you are not using them. The neighbourhood is pretty good. Infact all of basaksehir is good.
