The haematology department has pretty good service but a lot of focus on money more than the patient. You can get the same treatment in another hospitals with much less money.

Doç. Dr. Can Gemalmaz and his team perform an amazing partial knee surgery. I was able to get up and take some steps next day. Today is one week after my surgery and I’m able to walk without my walker. I will say that the only drawback having a surgery in this hospital was the fact nurses duties didn’t include helping patient care besides given shots. So you have to bring a helper to help you get around, go to bathroom, to ask for a glass of water, get out of bed was all your responsibility. That was a surprise and drawback a big minus for me.

This is best hospital ever. My father had a lymphatic cancer, now He is cured by Professor Sami Karti and his great team, those days I wasn't here in Istanbul, I was stuck in Houston because of corona virus it was very difficult time for me and for my family. I wanna say thank you Acibadem Atakent and biggest thank you Prof. Sami Karti, Dr. Alpay and his team members, by the way cleanliness and attentiveness in this hospital is better than most of the five stars hotels. We highly appreciated.

Such a amazing hospital..friendly staff and nurses..and last but not least excellent doctors ..last year my daughter's open heart surgery done by this hospital. Dr Erikson..best dr I ever met with expert team...thanks again

Quite a clean hospital. But if you don't have insurance, be prepared to pay 2000TL for a few simple 5min checkups with the doctor. Most staff members are competent. Some aren't. Everything is really expensive so just watch out. Worst part is that you need to keep reminding the staff of your appoitment/ meetup with the doctor or else they will forget. Doctors are mostly great but i got an ultrasound with a rude doctor in the sense that she didn't really explain what was seen on the screen. Most ultrasounds are 30 mins long but mine took about 10 minutes. Whatever.

Terrible service, a ripoff and a money grab for unnecessary tests. First of all they charge 800 TL just to speak to a doctor. Because we were foreigners they made us wait an hour just to make sure we had money. We needed blood tests for a clear case of vitamin deficiency and they sent us to a neurologist for 5 minutes that did a physical exam and wanted a to do an unneeded cranial MRI that costed 1000. i highly dont recommend this hospital. we proceeded to a local clinic and had high care for 300 TL. they just want to steal your money

I was admitted here for an overnight stay. I assumed that the higher prices to stay in this hospital meant higher quality of service. Don’t be mislead. I had a private room without a lock and had many patients freely walk in and out, this disrupted my sleeping. Whilst the room was a hotel like room nice and modern 4* equivalent, my room was not cleaned despite having tissues all over my table. They would not collect my urine bottle saying they needed to put gloves (why didn’t they have gloves on?) each time the nurse cane she would maneuver-over it but not remove the bottle. I was given breakfast provisions for dinner (cheese slices of cucumber tomatoe and olives with a piece bread and a tea cup without water) though when I asked why am I not getting dinner I was told because they don’t have any left. I ordered from outside the hospital and they billed the 17TL to my room. Upon checkout they asked me to pay for which I provided 20TL. No change was given and was told that if I come again to the hospital it would be a credit under my name naturally I refused and stated I wanted the change. said ok but gave me a whole bunch of coins with a smirk on their face. There was 2 out of the many nurses that were good but that’s about all. Will I stay or recomend here ? Absolutely not. Not happy at all.
