MONEY oriented business, Excessive rates, double to quadruple the standard market of private hospitals, Dishonest and unfair. I had a disappointing experience with this hospital where they tried to use all the money allowed by insurance for me with inflating invoices and when I checked other quotes from other clinics I found at least 3 times lower price. Get a quote before deciding anything, check price of every analysis or test you do for transparency; ask your right to check invoices before sending them to insurance and raise a claim where necessary. In the end, try not to go for this hospital, there are many good private clinics in Istanbul and Ankara.

Beside the nice welcoming and opening the door of the car when we arrived there, there was nothing helpful from the staff in the hospital even I'm going there with international insurance Cigna. I had to run around with the staff to try to find a doctor who could help me in just doing normal check up, still after spending good time there they were not able to provide any help because the specialist doctor was on leave and they have no alternative and they asked that they could provide me with medicines for pain till the specialist is back in few weeks. After asking for normal check up with any available doctor in the hospital they decided that my cigna insurance is not covering this check up even without checking with cigna, which clearly gave me the impression that they don't want to help even because they are not really good qualified staff or because they had issues that I'm Syrian patient, which could be a bigger issue. Still not recommended hospital for any international patients, and I will make sure to report this to my insurance company.
If I could give this hospital no stars I would. Went today with my husband, who has Cigna insurance and was visiting as it’s a listed hospital. The staff were extremely unhelpful, uninformed and unable to support patients find solutions. My husband just returned from a deployment abroad and requested a general check up (blood work etc.), as well as a specific gastro check. First we were taken to the gastro specialist, who it turned out was on holiday and apparently there was no other doctor available. We then were taken to internal medicine, where the doctor refused to see my husband because it “was not their responsibility” but offered to prescribe medication in case of pain. In an effort to see a generalist, we went to the check up center on the ground floor, only to be told they could not see him because the hospital requires Cigna pre-approval. At no point did any of the three people speaking to us offer any alternative or solution. We left unclear if this is how the hospital normally functions or if this is because my husband is a Syrian National.
The best Hospital in the World
Very nice hotel services, but I would stay away if I'm not there for some specific MD who is only working here. They are just an industrialized private hospital and they care more about to be seen to care than actually care for your health.
Went 2 times service is good,waiting is normal, no complaints
Late back attitude of the staff. Still waiting for long time despite of promised to be attended immediately after an hour of appointment time.
