We purchased are apartment from oracle in to 2006.we completed in 2007.Oracle made are purchase stress free. We arrived at are apartment in may 2007 and I couldn’t believe how fantastic it was, oracle had sorted out all my furniture and everything else, I just stood and cried. From that day on we have oracle doing any works we require to be done and the standard of work is fantastic. We even use oracle for are transfers to and from Bodrum airport and we have never been let down.

I bought my 2 bedroom property on Royal Marina Complex in 2007. Recently , I have had my bathroom completely refurbished by Oracle Properties and to say I am delighted would be an understatement. It looks amazing I cannot fault Oracles standard of work. They have painted, re-tiled right through the property and completed any job I have requested to the highest standard, aftercare is superb !!

After many years of holidaying at Royal Marina, we decided to purchase our own apartment. We enquired with Oracle what was available and from that moment on they kept us up to date as and when anything suitable was coming up for sale. From the moment we found our ideal apartment Oracle did all the “hand holding” and guided us through everything from negotiating on price and assisting with all the relevant purchasing costs and money transfers. On a trip after the purchase they assisted with obtaining tax numbers, appointments for the deeds to be signed, accounts transferred over for water and electricity and setting up a bank account – at all of these appointments we were accompanied by a friendly, knowledgeable staff member who explained everything thoroughly. Additionally, we decided to completely refurbish the apartment prior to moving in. We were accompanied round various suppliers to select flooring, kitchen worktops, tiles, kitchen appliances, and furniture – Oracle were knowledgeable and advised on various options but allowing us to make the final decisions. The refurbishment works were carried out and we were kept up to date with progress with Oracle even liaising with our various furniture suppliers for the delivery of our items prior to our next trip back. In April 2018 we walked into our fully refurbished (much admired) apartment in Royal Marina and knew immediately that this was not just a holiday apartment but is in fact our second home. Post purchase we have enjoyed many holidays, along with family members, and can relax in the knowledge that if anything requires attention a quick call to Oracle – or if we are on site ask Mehmet at reception direct – and the matter is dealt with promptly and efficiently.

We were introduced to Oracle in 2010 as we were looking to purchase a property in Turkey. We were shown 3 sites that they had built and were managing. This gave us a great insight into the care and attention they not only "said" they would take off the sites, but that we could easily see they were "actually" doing. We wanted an apartment on a complex, and being sun worshipers there had to be a pool. We viewed some "key ready" properties but actually decided on a duplex "off plan" We have heard many horror stories of people buying abroad, and we were of course cautious. However we had no reason to be as Oracle kept us informed on a monthly basis of the progress, invited us over to see the progress, and even took us shopping to help furnish the apartment, which was very helpful as we speak no turkish at all. Our experience of purchasing our holiday home was one of great pleasure, helped along by the fact Oracle is a family run business and we were definitely made to feel like family. We still love going to our place in the sun and we use Oracle for our repairs, upgrades and all transfers- they have never once let us or our family down and are always at the airport with a friendly smile.
