I would really recommend Novus Clinic. This place is excellent and far better than what I was expecting. Coming from abroad UK, I was really nervous and scared of the outcome of the treatment, however, the whole team made me feel comfortable and everyone was professional and caring. The environment was very clean considering this time of the current pendamic. Special thank you to Dr. Muhammed Can who has shown a caring, kind and professional attitude which made my treatment more comfortable and successful. He was on top of everything to make my treatment pain free. Also I would like to say thank you to Dr. Mustafa Sabri Senca who successfully took part in my treatment. He was very friendly and made me feel confident and cheerful throughout. Once again big thank you to Novus clinic who gave new beautiful smile

My service experience in NovusKlinik was second to none, from my excellent customer service experience with Mrs.Meltem Karaman Evren booking me in and explaining to me the process. She made me feel so calm and relaxed. Her communication throughout has been impeccable. I really appreciate the lengths she went to keep me updated throughout and be available for help, information, and advice especially during the lockdown period. A very special cheers and thanks to Dr.Muhammed Can, right from the start of the whole process, you have shown a kind, caring and professional attitude which immediately put me at ease about the whole treatment and the expected results. I am so fortunate to have Dr.Muhammed Can as my orthodontic therapist. With his professional approach and great personal skills, I felt confident that I am seeing the right person for my treatment. He pays utmost attention to details, explains clearly what is being done/what is expected, and reminds me well how much I should look after myself to keep my teeth and gum healthy!
