This place is really nice, we tried it in Ramadan for fast breaking meal. It serves \black sea\ regional foods, I am from black sea region thus I can count myself as an expert, and I really liked it. I would like to try it after Ramadan also.

Good food, specialized in the Black Sea region cousine. For most of your picks, kitchen will serve fast. However, there are exeptions and those are definitely suggested as well. No parking problems, Vale servise gets to be handy. If I don't remember wrong, there was a kids play area.
