Great shop ! Great Service and prices ! Just had both wheels re-aligned. Regulate the gears. Change 2 tyres and pedals.
This bicycle shop is perfect if you plan to start a trip by bicycle. I Flew from New zealand to Istanbul, I bougth my bike and all of my stuff for my trip at \Bike and Outdoor\, I did 4000 km and everything was perfect with my gear. Thank you Ozan (the owner of this shop) for all of his advices and his time.
As a tourist in istanbul from jordan i was looking for bicycle to rent and some accessorys to take with me for my rides bake home i thaaank God that i came across this shop called (Istanbul bike & Outdoor) they have variety of products and met with Senan one of the moooost amazing people that i have ever met in my life he is very fluent in english and very friendly he gave me one of there best mountain bikes they have :) at a very reasonable price i rent it for 2 and half ours and he gave me directions for the best sights , he did even copy my passport and rote the name and number of the shop on the back of the paper in case of emergency and gave me that paper which was easy to put in my pocet :) and I left my mob and some valuable things i dont want to lose in there safe hands at there shop , and went to explore the sea and the great peninsula... it was ossum :) , and when i cam back he only charged me for one hour ........... A huge thanks for you guys , and special thanks to the great guy the owner Senan..... you made my day
Only great things to say about this place. Good selection of bikes, gear and tools. Friendly, if a bit reserved, staff. Decent prices. Would be my go to bike shop if I lived in the city!
I arrived at close to closing time on Friday when the technical part of the shop was closed and wouldn't open again until Monday morning. I was in trouble with my bike and I needed to leave Istanbul by the next morning. One of the friendly staff sorted out all my problems (it took a while, but he wasn't going to give up) and fixed my bike, among for no payment. I really can't rate these guys high enough, they are exactly what gets me excited about the cycling community. Thanks!
Unhelpful staff in my experience. Their office hours are also not correctly indicated. I turn up at 4pm and they are already shutting (it's supposed to be open till 8pm). Oh.. And the Google maps location is wrong.. The place is not in the park. (3/2016)
