My first time in Firuze was truly enjoyable. It was totally empty on a lunch time, which is a good thing considering how everywhere is packed in Istanbul. I heard that it becomes crowded on dinner time though. Anyway, all starters were delicious. I especially loved the sea bass in the picture.

Firuze is a relatively new place that is one of the best options to eat meze food with an amazing view. We tried a bunch of different cold and warm starters and they were all very delicious. The desert was also very very good; we had the soufflé and another ovened tahini desert. The service was also good the staff was pretty attentive. The music is Turkish pop which got a bit too loud towards the end. The price is also average- same with most other similar places. I would recommend this place.

Appetizers and main dishes were perfect. It has an excellent panaromic view of the Bosphorus. Prices were quite high but it is worth it.

Brand new, very nice stylish place, breathtaking views, good ambience with live music and people dancing all over the place. You can still feel the lack of experience in running a place which combines bar drinks and restaurant food - they did not accept an order for gin tonic at the table but only in the bar, and we ended up eating a fruit plate that turned to be none of us ordered. The music should be less loud to enable people to hear each other. Except for these constructive remarks, we had a great time here and we shall hopefully come back.
