I had a great experience from the pre-planning of the tour till now(after 8 months). I didn't want to post the review until I was convinced enough to. Yes, I am very happy with the result. I am very satisfied with the whole package. First 10 days are crucial, you need to follow what the clinic tells you to do. The Time will take care of the rest.

One of the worst clinic in Istanbul I did my consultation over WhatsApp and they mentioned that My donor area it’s so good they will do full coverage but on the day of my operation they only take around 1000-1500 hair graft. Why didn't they tell this earlier, so I could have thought about it !!! You will never get the graft what you paid for. also never get carried away by the MAX-GRAFTS. there is nothing called max. whatever they write in your file, when you meet someone called \Doctor\, is the maximum you get. Even if you donor area allows more grafts, they are money minded and looking for additional sessions to rip you off. I felt bad and cheated.

Bad sanitary conditions. Non-specialised staff. Dirty and infected equipment. Non-compliant rooms with uncomfortable, broken and dirty beds worse than a basement. Watch out for these wrongdoers. Smell of smoke everywhere and very unprofessional staff.

Great service and experience throughout our stay. From first contact with the english speaking rep-Jason, who kept in touch throughout the journey from initial consult, to follow ups via WhatsApp. I attended with my father, we both underwent the surgery. Loved the natural looking hairline created by Dr Zen, and look forward to a fuller, thicker hairline as the healing completes and new hairs grow, which can take 6-8 months.

I do not recommend. Very long and inconvenient contact with the customer. The total missing of interest and arrogance at the beginning so what would be later?. I should give zero star not even one
