This place is AMAZING! I love coming here every time I come to Istanbul... the food is very delicious and everything is homemade and organic. The staff also very kind and helpful. It has a nice view to the Galata tower and a very beautiful and quiet garden. Highly recommended. (In the morning It’s good for working)

This is my first review in a while. It's so good I would do disservice not to review it. The village breakfast is amazing. Initially surprised by the discrepancy of price (from TRL 30-ish to what I'm paying, TRL 90), I understood this is caused by massive depreciation of TRL. They gave me 17 plates of small breakfast assortments (see picture). No matter how you kung fu this, it is beyond what you'd expect even in the current economic situation of Turkey. The service is superb. Even by Turkish standard of hospitality, this is way above the league. The atmosphere is perfect. The cafe is located in a back alley of the extremely hilly part of Istanbul (Galata), giving it a Mediterranean ambience. It also still smells of the sea which makes it even more quaint. The music playing in the background is designed to give this village feel, which is crazy given that you're in the middle of 15 Million metropolis. I really hope this place survived the current economic situation. If you're reading this: please visit this store and give a lot of tip. This place is absolutely terrific!

Got here accidentally, but it was it! Amazing food, super polite staff. The location is quite and in summer its in the shadow. Restaurant has TripAdvisor award and it definitely deserves it.

A truly amazing cultural experience. What a clever idea to set up tables for breakfast! You also get a cat to keep you company during the meal!

Today I was walking nearby Galata Tower area and I found this great restaurant there. The place is cosy and nice. They took also the other side of the street and put some tables there that give you a chance to take the breakfast and keep feeling the alley atmosphere. There was also the wall you can put a small note to the people who will come in future to see how much you love the place. The breakfast includes great diversity of Turkish morning dishes. The drinks were tasty and fresh. The people who are working there speak Turkish and English and they are so friendly. The place is a little bit expensive, but they deserve all the money they take.
