Very good for a tourist in need of repairs (excellent English and they explain everything before performing repairs). Replaced my iPhone screen in a couple of hours. Lovely people and they deserve all the business they can get.

These guys spoke perfect English (super helpful as a foreigner) and were able to diagnose the problem with my laptop (which took 3 days as it was completely unresponsive and they had to isolate each part of the laptop). I was unable to get it fixed because I had to leave Istanbul before they could get the part in unfortunately, but what they quoted me was cheaper than if I was to get it done in the EU/US etc. He seemed to know a lot about MacBooks so I wouldn’t be surprised if he has worked for Apple at some point in the past.
They tried to convince me there is no way to clean macbook keyboard, which I was perfectly able to get done in another place later.
Fast and good service. They care about their clients and trying to do their best with the speed of service and also providing good price.

Be careful! Find another place to fix your apple products. Especially if you are a foreigner. Or bargain and check the prices on the internet beforehand, because you WILL BE SCAMMED 100%. I was given a price tag of 450TL to get one small wire fixed (it's 20 on amazon). They did say they would change the whole part, which they didn't. They still charged me 450. They do not give receipts, ever. They lied to me it would be an original part. My laptop hardly works now. Phone screen - they charged 400TL or so. One guy lied it was an original part and the other one, when busted, admitted it was not an original part (after it was changed and money paid). Do yourself a favour and DO NOT GO THERE. I know people who have been scammed there as well.
